Welcome to the Magnolia Junior High School web site. The faculty and staff of Magnolia Junior High School are committed to life-long learning as we continue to grow and improve through extensive training at local, state, and national workshops.
Magnolia Junior High School strives to remain “ahead of the curve” in all academic endeavors. We strive to meet the needs of all of our students by offering a curriculum that is rigorous and challenging. We offer several advanced placement courses. All classrooms at MJHS are equipped with computers and the latest educational software. Many of these classrooms are also equipped with Smartboards.
Magnolia Junior High School offers an array of extracurricular programs in which to participate. We have a variety of club activities and athletic programs. Our athletes are competitive both locally and statewide and we have one of the finest junior high band programs in south Arkansas.
New construction is the theme at our campus. A new gymnasium was recently completed and a new six classroom building will be completed the fall of 2005. Future plans include new bus loading areas, parent/visitor parking, and improvements to existing buildings.
