Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders has announced the formal launch of Summer EBT for Arkansas. This will allow eligible families to receive $120 per child to purchase food for the summer months when school is out.
· Summer EBT benefits will come in the form of pre-loaded cards that families can use to purchase groceries.
· Students who are enrolled in free/reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program are automatically eligible as well as students whose families receive SNAP or TEA.
