MAGNOLIA, AR — The Magnolia School District is proud to announce Bonnie Hardwell as the 2025 Support Staff of the Year. Bonnie serves in the district’s business office as the Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Employee Benefits Clerk, where she is known for her unwavering positivity, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist others. Bonnie’s contributions have left a lasting impact on staff throughout the district. 

In her role, Bonnie is responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including activity fund bank reconciliation, accounts payable for athletics and food services, and miscellaneous payroll duties. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that the district's operations run smoothly and efficiently.  

Beyond her professional duties, Bonnie is celebrated for the kindness and enthusiasm she brings to the workplace each day. Whether helping a colleague navigate a new process, welcoming a new employee, or offering a cheerful word during a busy day, Bonnie’s positive attitude uplifts those around her. Her kindness is contagious and her cheerful smile, encouraging words, and willingness to go the extra mile make a lasting impression on everyone she encounters.
