Magnolia's Knox Stephens Selected to Represent Arkansas at the 2026 Southern Junior Cup

Magnolia, Arkansas — Magnolia High School golfer Knox Stephens has been selected to represent Team Arkansas at the prestigious 2026 Southern Junior Cup, an honor reserved for some of the state's top junior golfers.

The Southern Junior Cup is an annual event that brings together elite junior golfers from Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Alabama for a weekend of competitive team golf, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. The event showcases the region's top young talent while providing participants with the opportunity to compete against the best junior golfers from neighboring states.

Stephens earned his place on Team Arkansas through his outstanding play and dedication to the game of golf. His selection reflects not only his success on the course but also his character and sportsmanship, qualities that make him an excellent representative of both Magnolia High School and the state of Arkansas.

"We are incredibly proud of Knox and this well-deserved honor," said Coach Connor Harrington, Magnolia High School Boys Golf Coach. "Being selected to represent Arkansas is a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the hard work and commitment Knox has shown throughout his golfing career. The Southern Junior Cup is hosted in partnership with the Missouri Golf Association, Oklahoma Golf Association, and Alabama Golf Association, providing a unique opportunity for the region's best junior golfers to compete in a team format while building lasting friendships and memories.
