Magnolia’s Knox Stephens Finishes in Top 5 at ASGA High School Overall Championship

Magnolia, AR — Magnolia High School golfer Knox Stephens capped off an outstanding season by competing in the Arkansas State Golf Association (ASGA) High School Overall Championship, where he finished tied for 5th place with a score of 75 (+3).

Stephens delivered a strong performance in a highly competitive field that included many of the state’s top high school and future collegiate golfers. A birdie on his final hole secured his top-five finish, highlighting his composure and competitive spirit.

Head Coach Connor Harrington praised Stephens’ performance and work ethic, saying,

“Finishing your high school season at the overall championship is the best place to conclude a season. I am proud of Knox for the great year he had—he truly deserved to finish his sophomore season competing with the best of the best in Arkansas golf.”

This impressive finish marks the culmination of a standout season for Stephens, who helped lead the Magnolia Panther Golf Team to a state runner-up finish earlier this month.

The Magnolia School District congratulates Knox Stephens on his outstanding accomplishments and wishes him continued success in future competitions.
