🗣️October is Principal Appreciation Month! 🗣️
Shoutout to our Magnolia Middle School Principal, DJ Graham! D.J. graduated from Henderson State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in physical education & health and in 2017 with a master’s degree in educational leadership. D.J. has deep family roots in education and chose education as his career because it offers a variety of opportunities, and each day is different. He says, “There is not a day that I regret my decision.” He has taught for 14 years and has been in administration for five of those years. When asked why he chose Magnolia School District he referenced Mr. Ward and his leadership being the main reason, but he also found Magnolia a good place to raise a family.
Magnolia School District enjoys having D.J. on staff as his energy is felt by everyone he meets at his school and throughout the district. Happy Principals Month!

Jessica Graduated from the University of Little Rock in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education. She loves school and building on her own education as she holds three Master’s Degrees. One in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, and Superintendency. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She was a classroom teacher for 17 years before switching to administration and when asked why she chose Magnolia School District she referenced her interview process recalling asking questions regarding the district's mission/vision, and said, "Their answers impressed me and aligned with my own beliefs." Magnolia School District enjoys having Jessica on staff as she constantly strives for excellence from her students, staff, and herself. Happy Principals Month!
